My mom and I were terrified of doing the triathlon (because we don't swim, rarely ride our bikes :) We felt so safe in the water- your volunteers out there in the kayaks were so kind and encouraging! And on the bike course, it was SUCH a treat to have the course blocked off!! And your volunteers were very helpful and ENCOURAGING! We felt like everyone was so kind... and that they genuinely wanted to see us finish the event :) It was a very positive experience for the two of us... and if you host an all-girls event in the future, you better believe we will be there (and we'll bring all our friends next time, too!)
